By placing an order with the online bookstore, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read and understand the following dates and policies. All online orders are subject to these terms.
1. Orders may take up to three (3) to five (5) business days to process, if the items are available.
2. ALL communications will be done by email, please verify the email address on your account is valid. The bookstore is not responsible for "undeliverable" mail.
3. If you do not receive your email, check your spam (junk) folder and verify your email was input correctly.
4. We are NOT a warehouse operation; therefore, the online bookstore's inventory is the same as the campus bookstore. If the campus bookstore does not have an item in stock, the online bookstore will not have that item in stock either.
5. Orders not picked up by mid-terms will be returned to inventory and your account will be credited for the purchase less a 10% restocking fee.
6. Orders placed after mid-terms, but not picked up by finals will also be returned with a 10% restocking fee.
7. Kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. (Dental kits, cosmetology kits, etc.).
8. Access codes, eBooks, "looseleaf" textbooks & syllabi are NOT available as used & are NOT returnable.
9. ALL orders are subject to the Return Policy.
10. If you select "Used Only" at checkout, and we are unable to satisfy that request, your order will be cancelled.
11. All orders that are being shipped, MUST have a physical address provided with the "Ship to:" information. UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
12. Shipping requests placed after 10 am will be shipped the following business day at the earliest.
13. Rosemead Pick Up requests will be delivered the first Monday & Friday of school. All orders received prior to then will be stored at the main campus until the delivery dates.
14. Orders placed after 10 am the first Friday of the semester will not have the option for Rosemead Pick up.
